I am not much of a Science Fiction fan, and the first few chapters introduces a lot of characters, but what a fantastic story. There are a couple of surprise "Ohhh noooo" moments and a little romance without the nasty sex. At this price it is a great value too - with an ending I wasn't quite expecting. O must say, this is the first book I read entirely in English. So, I have consistently used the translator to understand each detail and precision of the chapters of the novel. I've been fascinated by the author's ability to describe situations and environments where events unfold. This capability allows the reader to understand convincingly in the Cosmos and in each of the characters. It is also a love story between Miranda and Jerry. It is a touching story, fantastic, filled with moments of humor and best of all, it is not far from reality. The concepts using as an astronomer can be understood by any reader. Is very well built literally always kept wanting to gi to the next chapter. I want to congratulate and thank Ernie for considering me as a friend and now I'm his fan.
